With Total Tennis beginners, intermediate and advanced coaching, players will be taught all the fundamentals of sound stroke production for ground strokes, as well as serve and volleys and smash, and will be put through a series of tennis-related drills where they will learn to rally and structure a point.

Players will also learn how to play a match incorporating scoring, court positioning and basic tactics.
