Total Tennis Seminars

Total Tennis hosts seminars every three months with guest speakers and interesting topics.

We provide seminars to help players explore pathways in tennis for both adult and junior players.

Speakers include players who have made the journey to professional tennis, players who have been on the American University circuit and players who are currently on the tour.

We have invited physiotherapy therapists and nutritionists to help you understand how to manage your body to get the best from yourself or just to help to play tennis for longer.

We invite both adult and junior players with their families to learn more about what is available in Perth and the broader tennis community.

Peter Holmes will demonstrate the importance of using a match book for recording your matches so you can later discuss with a coach where you could have performed better.

The Total Tennis Match Book also has great information on how to prepare for matches, whether it be in tournaments or pennants.

Remember... how you prepare and train is how you play.

Industry providers will also be available to discuss their particular businesses and how they can be of assistance to you.

Our personal trainer will be at the seminars to discuss what the elite training squads will be working on with their fitness.

He will also discuss how to help adult players reach their optimum tennis fitness level.

Some seminars will include demonstrations of our programs and will be interactive.

Total Tennis staff will discuss the opportunities for junior players to travel in a group with coach/managers to tournaments out of Perth and in the eastern states.

We will also be putting together tours for adult club members to Cervantes and Jurien Bay to play tennis, golf and bowls.

This short trip north is a great fun weekend with members spoilt as guests of the towns.
