Cardio Tennis Fitness Workout

Total Tennis provides a fun, exciting, high intensity cardio fitness workout involving tennis drills with the coach and working out with the ball machine.

Your highly qualified coaching team will really put you through your paces with this exercise program.

A series of progressive fitness drills will ensure you get a good workout on all areas of your game, from forehand to backhand groundstrokes, to off forehands, approach shot put away ball, volleys, smash and bounce smash.

You will rotate through to the court with the ball machine where you get the chance to work on consistency and control of your groundstrokes while hitting the maximum number of tennis balls.

Combine this with footwork drills involving stepper, rope ladder, skipping rope, mini-tramp and footwork drills, and you have the Cardio Tennis Fitness Workout.

Grab your racquet, grab a friend, maybe even your pennant team, and we will see you on the court.
